Our shipping system is automatic, all labels print exactly as showing on your order. If you do not include your complete address, your order may be delayed by the carrier.

AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be amended or canceled if it has not been processed yet. Once the order has been processed, no further changes can be made.
LOST PACKAGES, RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Products: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns. All products are final sale.
Damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 10 business days (from the date of receipt) to qualify for a replacement. Replacements or compensation will not be provided after 10 business days.
If your order includes tracking and has not been moving in 5 business days, reach out immediately.
If you have chosen to select the cheaper option without tracking, as mentioned above, we are not liable for lost packages.
