We typically ship via UPS or Canada Post Expedited Parcel (whichever shows quickest delivery date).

AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be amended or canceled if it has not been processed yet. Once the order has been processed, no further changes can be made.

If your order includes tracking and has not been moving in 5 business days, reach out immediately.
If you have chosen LETTER MAIL option without tracking, as mentioned above, we are not liable for lost packages. 

Exchanges and returns available for unopened packages, at customers expense.
